The Groudle Glen Railway operated on both Saturday and Sunday of the enthusiast weekend. Unfortunately dismal weather had an effect on the number of visitors to the railway. On the Sunday the new engine 'Parracombe' operated a passenger train for a short while.

There had been a significant number of enthusiasts visiting the preceding Wednesday and improved weather conditions the following Wednesday encouraged more visitors.
